History of El Diario de un Tragón ® Blog (Diary of a Glutton ®) by Carlos Serna
On May 4, 2010 he decided to start his personal blog El Diario de un Tragón ® and narrate his experiences after knowing new food places or wanting to comment on his favorite places.
When the boom of many self-proclaimed «foodies» in Mexico arose, he decided to do some research on how this segment really communicates in Europe, the United States and Asia. Taking the best of each place, he developed a personal brand that generated a true means of communication in which food lovers not only find photos or publications about places, but also share through reviews, real experiences, with images and quality notes what the world of gastronomy has and what a «true foodie” is looking for. For this, the blog evolves and becomes a website diversified in several sections.
